- Support Digital Director in identifying potential content product and service that suitable for each client requirements that contribute to achieve both Hudhud and client’s business objectives
- Take operational ownership of the high quality content output creation process and accountable for coordinating the task delegation
- Lead the development and execution of holistic content strategies including the optimization strategy and ensure that all the business’s narratives and message are in place
- Ability to take a comprehensive and strategic approach to storytelling, tying together big ideas/ concepts in ways tha engage audience and are novel and innovative
- Ability to participate in creative concepting with brand, creative, account strategy, technical, and designer teams and then be able to present (and sell) ideas in a clear voice with a strong point-of-view that alignes with brand and business objectives
- Oversee content requirements and create a clear content strategy framework with deliverables across the life cycle of a project, leading the effort end-to-end. This includes everything from content audiets/ gap analyses, to developing content strategies and roadmaps that align to stated business objectives
- Create and maintain editorial calendars, content playbook, voice/ tone guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content guidelines and management, ang content migration plans for clients
- Participate in actual content creation with team members, including but not limited to deliverables such as content matrices, copy deck management, and editorial guidelines
- Manage the team of Content Managers and Content Writers (as well as contractors/ vendors when appropriate), managing content budgets, assisting in business development, and be involved in the technical integration of content
- Mentor team members to increase their impact, develop their strengths, and grow their careers by providing regular performance feedback, check-ons, and reviews for your direct reports
- Develop lightweight, repeatable process, worksflows, and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly
- Work closely with other project internal and or contractors/ vendors to deliver a cohesive, collaborative, and consistent customer experience

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years agency experience and 3 years experience in a similar role with direct people management experience
- Minimum 8 years in creative and or digital agency with latest position in managerial level
- Experienced in leading team consist of minimum 5 people with minimum duration of 3 years
- Experienced in client facing to advocate the best content solution uniquely suitable for them
- Own extensive knowledge of content platform and understand its technicality
- Strong aptitude in digital data and understand how to leverage or optimize it
- Experienced in participating on working, submitting, or have won creative awards is plus point
- Strong structural, critical, analytical thinking including problem solving.
