- Provide insightful ideas, concepts, and point of views to answer the communication objetives
- Understanding the brand standpoints (competition, target, current situation, purpose, challenges, opportunity, mission, product line, etc.)
- Able to capture briefs and requirements accurately
- Translate creative strategies into creative concepts and executable plans
- Give strong art direction concepts and execution that answer communication objetives
- Creation of campaign requirements (KV, STB, etc.) and their derivatives (multi platforms content)
- Developing new design concept/layout and alternatives that relevant to insight and objectives
- Maintain and direct (art directing) quality of creative visual execution in the creative team (maintain creative standards)
- Provide work within agreed timeline
- Present (and ‘sell’) ideas and execution
- Cooperating, directing and supervising work with third parties (photographers, production houses, etc.)
- Maintain good communication and relation with other departments and clients
- Involve in creating a fun and creative work environment
