- Can translate ideas & concepts into a visual design
- Have visual solid direction concepts and execution that answer communication objectives
- Have a visual reference bank, and can use it as a guide for each brand visual execution
- Able to present ideas and execution well
- Can translate creative ideas into visual for creating visual campaign needs (KV, EP) and their derivatives (multi-platform content)
- Exploring new visual design/layout and alternatives that relevant to the objectives
- Maintain and direct (the layout) quality of creative visual execution in the creative team (maintain creative standards)
- Can maintain the quality of design execution by the playbook/brand guidelines of each brand

- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Familiarity with each client’s requirements including the brand guideline and playbook
